Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) as a key leader in our team. In the absence of the RGM, you will direct daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including:

• Product preparation and delivery
• Customer relations
• Restaurant maintenance and repair
• Inventory management
• Team management
• Recruiting and retaining team members
• Financial accountability

This role is essential in delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. You will also manage Shift Managers and Team Members to ensure that all assigned duties are completed efficiently, maintaining a safe and quality environment for both employees and customers.

Requirements:
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• A High School Diploma or GED (College or University Degree preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Basic personal computer literacy

Additionally, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass background check criteria
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry trash containers to an outside bin
• Be able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• Tolerate standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
