Environmental Associate Attorney

A top-tier, large, global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Associate Attorney to join its highly ranked Environmental Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work with a prestigious team known for its leadership in environmental and natural resources law, within a collaborative office-based structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on environmental and natural resource matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, enforcement, and sustainability.
• Handle matters involving air and water quality, hazardous waste, water law, and agency regulations.
• Represent clients in administrative and judicial proceedings at the state and federal levels.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the office on complex environmental issues and cross-practice initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in environmental or natural resources law, with a focus on litigation and regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental statutes and regulations.
• Admission to the Colorado Bar required; admission in other western states is a plus.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

Additional Details

• Location: Denver, CO
• Salary Range: $175,000–$200,000 (flexible based on experience and billable expectations)
