We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content & Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling, coordinating, and executing of our web and social media content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Strategic and creative in planning and executing social media content across multiple brands
Data-driven, using analytics to track performance and continuously optimize engagement

Up-to-date on social media trends and platform best practices, always ready to adapt and improve
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing team to ensure timely delivery of assets
Develop and oversee social media content calendar including optimal posting schedule for MultiTracks.com, Lead Worship Well and additional supporting brands
Oversee the execution of social media campaigns
Update content in various channels including landing pages on our website
Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages
Respond to basic inquiries or direct them to appropriate team members
Track and compile analytics from social media platforms
Prepare regular reports on social media performance metrics
Participate in marketing team meetings to align on strategy and upcoming campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all scheduled content
Stay updated on platform changes and best practices for optimal engagement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media management or similar coordination role
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Hubspot)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their unique requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
