Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity (North America) We are seeking an expert in OT who is business-savvy, technically hands-on, and entrepreneurial to lead the build out of Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity’s launch of OT as a service offering in North America. This is a rare opportunity to architect a new line of business within a globally respected brand, shaping the service portfolio, go-to-market approach, client base, and future team. This role requires a unique blend of thought leadership, consulting expertise, and business development acumen. You’ll be the trusted face of our OT services, guiding clients in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., energy, water, manufacturing), while also designing and scaling the consulting capability needed to deliver. Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Establish and grow client relationships as a trusted advisor in OT cybersecurity Represent Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity, at conferences, client meetings, and industry events Scope and sell services including OT risk assessments, perimeter assessments, and compliance advisory (e.g., NIST, IEC/ISA 62443) Identify and prioritize U.S. market opportunities aligned with global service offerings Consulting & Delivery: Lead the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements, ensuring technical quality, client satisfaction, and on-time execution Translate complex technical insights into actionable recommendations for business and security leaders Serve as the lead consultant and account representative for early U.S. clients Team Building & Strategic Leadership: Help shape and build a U.S.-based OT consulting team, with eventual hiring and mentorship responsibility Collaborate with Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity Europe to localize and scale existing service capabilities Drive coordination with internal engineering and sales teams to align delivery with market demands Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4+ years focused on OT/ICS environments Strong delivery track record in OT security assessments, advisory services, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, IEC/ISA 62443, NERC CIP) Demonstrated ability to drive business conversations and close engagements in complex industrial environments Proven thought leadership (e.g., public speaking, published articles, conference participation) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing both technical and executive stakeholders Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is required Nice-to-have: Experience in critical infrastructure sectors (energy, utilities, water, transportation) Familiarity with BV Cybersecurity or similar global service delivery models Existing network of OT cybersecurity professionals, clients, or industry relations $160,000 - $240,000 a year Salary is presented as a range and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
