Job Description
The Contractor Guys/TCG Renovations is seeking dependable tradesman for a large-scale interior renovation project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ideal candidate must have:
-Dependable transportation
-Cell Phone
-Punctual (On time)
-Hard Working
-Team Player
Must carry liability insurance or have the ability to obtain a coverage policy within 30 days of hire.
Painting position consists of patching and skimming, sanding drywall and detailed painting. Must have own equipment and sprayer. Ideal candidate should also have knowledge of general construction, such as plumbing, electrical-but license is not required.
Pay is paid weekly and based on scope of work as a 1099 subcontractor.
