General Manager Sensors, Fluid Level, speed, and pressure WI

We are seeking a Senior Executive with 15+ years of experience in sensor technology for a multi-plant global manufacturing company.
The General Manager will have a proven record of performance building profitable organizations with strong leadership in manufacturing, operations, international marketing, and strategic planning.
Join a multi-million-dollar division of a multi-billion-dollar American company. We have manufacturing facilities in the United States, the Czech Republic, China, and Mexico.
Our IATF 16949- and ISO 14001-certified products deliver value and lead the industry in automotive, industrial, and off-road markets. Our position and speed sensors have been recognized as the gold standard of the automotive industry.
The company's technologies offer lower costs and high reliability for applications that utilize sensors, switches, and general-purpose pressure and temperature indicators. Our technologies provide a wide range of robust sensors to meet critical safety needs.

As the General Manager, you will direct the multi-plant manufacturing with P&L responsibility. With revenue exceeding $180 million and over 800 employees, your charter is to maintain profitability while continuously progressing toward strengthening our position as the market leader.
Responsibilities include growing revenue and expanding the market.
Interface with global teams in Europe, the United States, Mexico, and China.
Have full responsibility for marketing and sales teams channeling products to expand international markets.
Achieve gross margins through cost reductions while maintaining quality and driving new business and product development.

Requirements;
A technical Degree and an MBA is preferred.
15 or more years of experience in a general management or operations as a leaders with a background in sensors, pressure, temperature, gas detection, position/vibration, and speed indicators.
