HVAC INSTALL MANAGER

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + bonus potential

Wagner Mechanical, a trusted name in home services in New Mexico since 1928, is seeking an HVAC Install Manager to lead our growing install department and elevate operational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coach a team of Install Technicians to meet performance goals and maintain high-quality standards
• Manage install schedules, team assignments, and inventory coordination to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Track and report on KPIs and departmental performance including profitability, install quality, and customer satisfaction
• Resolve installation concerns and build strong customer relationships
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
• Collaborate with operations and service departments to ensure smooth project flow and customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership experience managing install teams
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation standards, and best practices
• Ability to meet revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction goals
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar industry software preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational management skills
