Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager on success metrics to lead the restaurant team in achieving goals.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience through friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and serving hot and fresh meals.
  • Mentor and train team members to foster their growth.
  • Communicate effectively regarding goals, promotions, and business updates.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative family environment within the restaurant.
