Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Spring, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position offers flexibility for both full-time and part-time schedules, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates as well as experienced professionals. The role focuses primarily on supporting students with mild to moderate speech delays within a K-12 setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Document and monitor students' progress regularly
  • Deliver direct therapy services to children with speech and language delays

Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
  • Experience or interest in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with children exhibiting mild to moderate speech delays
