• Leadership role with 4 days administrative, 1 day clinical schedule
• Oversee provider development and care delivery integration model
• Must have 5 years of experience including 2 years in leadership
• Lead medical staff meetings and manage clinical operations
• Modern facility with integrated lab, pharmacy, and multispecialty services
• Board-certified family medicine or internal medicine physician required
