Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Project Management: Lead and manage all aspects of real estate projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate successful project delivery.
- Real Estate Management: Provide strategic guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Compliance Management: Implement and enforce regulatory compliance throughout all real estate activities.
- Project Oversight: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for real estate projects, monitoring expenditures and cost control measures. Review and approve project cost estimates, change orders, and vendor contracts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges in real estate projects and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and minimize project disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in real estate development and management, particularly in the hospitality or multifamily sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, applicant must be able to determine the causes of complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
