Real Estate Representative

60-70K base plus commission = six figures after 18 months to 24 months.

$850/mo cash allowance for car gas, etc.

Excellent Benefits

• Need 1-3 years of commercial real estate experience
• Negotiate lease renewals and amendments
• Territory is South Texas, but other areas will also be considered
• Identify new sites for billboard sign development both traditional, digital and wallscapes
• Communicate with property owners
• Involve Legal Department as needed in lease negotiations & development
• Receive questions, inquiries and complaints from landlords/property owners to resolve and/or route to correct person or department for resolution
• Attend regulatory and public hearings
• Know and understand applicable state regulations and local rules and ordinances
• Review and submit RFP's
• Able to travel overnight one to two nights per week after several months of training…car allowance is $850/mo.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices with emphasis on field work including lead generation, face-to-face negotiations and application of regulations
• Knowledge of the media and advertising industry is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
