RN/LPN | Part-time | Raybrook Manor

Location is everything as it is nestled back off the intersection of the Beltline and Burton Street on 35 serene acres of beautifully landscaped grounds.

Responsibilities:

Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise

Location: Raybrook Manor | 2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546

Full-Time RN/LPN Opportunities:

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 64hrs per pay period

Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri; Week 2: Sun, Mon, Thu, Fri

2nd Shift | 2:30pm - 11pm | 16hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sat; Week 2: Sun (every other weekend)

Part-Time RN/LPN Opportunities:

2nd shift | 6:30pm -7am | 16hrs per pay period

Week 1: Sat; Week 2: Sun

Qualifications and Requirements:

A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
Must be CPR certified
Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required
Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
