Role And Responsibilities As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. You will also collaborate on AI-driven projects, integrating machine learning and intelligent automation to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Developing and configuring RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Collaborating with AI teams to incorporate machine learning models into automation solutions. Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities. Testing, deploying, and maintaining RPA bots, ensuring scalability and reliability. Working with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems. Documenting processes, technical specifications, and performance metrics. Staying updated on RPA and AI trends to propose innovative solutions. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in RPA development with platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, or Azure AI). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java. Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization. Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) or AI-related fields. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
