B2B Sales Manager | Remote | Events & AV Industry | Base + Commission

East West Audio Visual is looking for a driven, people-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team! If you're passionate about building relationships, attending industry events, and helping clients bring their event visions to life, this role is for you. We’re a national AV production company specializing in corporate conferences, meetings, and special events. As Sales Manager, you’ll focus on securing business for these events through a mix of outreach, networking, and strategic follow-up. We value quality over quantity: success here means earning trust, not just closing fast. We’re looking for someone who builds trust and closes business through thoughtful relationship-building. 

*This is a remote position with occasional travel to events, client meetings, or industry conferences.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and connect with event planners and organizations/companies


• Attend events and network to grow your book of business


• Create and present tailored AV proposals


• Collaborate with our project managers to deliver flawless execution


• Maintain your customer pipeline and deal progress using our CRM 


• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals


• Represent East West’s commitment to delivering the Better Event Experience

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in events and/or in B2B environments.


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• A proactive, relationship-focused approach


• Comfort working remotely and independently


• Willingness to attend occasional events/conferences in person


• Basic knowledge of AV is a plus — or a quick learner who's eager to grow in this space


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams

Salary/Compensation: $50,000 - $52,000 per year plus commission
