Job Description Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring a High Volume Recruiter to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary tole that will begin immediately and continue through the end of the year. Job Duties Include: Manage a high volume of requisitions with a focus on hourly, entry level and low complexity roles Conduct phone screens to assess candidate, schedule interviews, and manage communication Implement and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and scalability Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and provide timely updates/feedback Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and provide updates on recruitment metrics Work closely with team to understand hiring needs and priorities Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations Additional duties as needed and assigned Job Qualifications Include: ~2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting ~ Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ~ Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools (Greenhouse preferred) ~ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency ~ Experience using Google/G-Suite, Zoom, and Slack ~ Basic understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting Salary: $31.95 - $35.50/hr *While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
