PAGA Attorney - Remote Opportunity with Top California Firm

A premier law firm with offices across California is actively seeking a highly experienced PAGA Attorney to join its team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with only occasional in-office appearances as needed. We are looking for a true subject matter expert in California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Position Highlights

• Remote Work: Primarily work-from-home; occasional office presence required.
• Location Requirement: Must reside in California and hold an active CA bar license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a practicing employment attorney.
• Proven expertise in PAGA litigation is a must.
• Jury trial experience is strongly preferred.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
