Our client has an opening for an RPA Developer . This position will support their federal client. The right candidate will have at least three years of RPA development using UiPath and Power Automate. This position requires a DoD Secret Clearance or higher. This role is remote.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• DoD Secret Clearance;
• 3-6 years as an RPA Developer;
• UiPath Certification or Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Certification;
• Experience in identifying processes that could be automated and then writing, testing, and implementing those automation scripts;
• Outstanding organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail;
• Must have great communications skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts to assess existing processes and identify areas suitable for automation;
• Write, test, and implement automation scripts using UiPath or Power Automate to execute predefined tasks;
• Maintain detailed documentation (PDD, SDD) of automation processes for team members to understand;
• Regularly assess and enhance existing automation processes to optimize efficiency;
• Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, ensuring a smooth transition to automated processes.
