Colorado Safety Supply Company delivers impactful safety training, consulting, and audit services to the construction, general industry, government and energy sectors. Our training division is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Training Administrator to help keep operations running smoothly and support both internal trainers and contractor partners. Not only do we have the Training & Consulting division, we also successfully run two other divisions: Equipment & Supplies as well as a Fire & First Aid Mobile Unit.

Position Overview:

The Training Administrator is a critical team member supporting the daily operations of our training and consulting division. This role will assist trainers and safety consultants in preparing and delivering effective sessions, managing records, and communicating with clients. The right candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with client interaction, and eager to grow with the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Support: Assist trainers and contractors with materials, logistics, and on-site or virtual support for safety trainings, audits, and consultations.

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule and organize training classes, audits, and consultations; manage the calendar, room bookings, and confirmations with clients.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Create and distribute training certificates, wallet cards, sign-in sheets, and related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Recordkeeping: Maintain digital and physical records of all training, audits, and consulting activities in alignment with company and regulatory standards.

  • Client Communication: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients regarding training schedules, class availability, documentation follow-ups, and outreach to potential clients.

  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare training materials, restock classroom supplies, assist with trainer setup, and support reporting as needed.

  • Growth & Visibility: Serve as a visible, supportive presence within the training division; collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and division growth.

  • Marketing Support (Occasional): Assist with distributing class flyers, emailing client lists, and promoting new or specialty trainings.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate with potential for financial growth
  • Full time, 401k, health insurance, paid time off, dental and vision insurance
  • A supportive and team-driven work environment
  • Opportunities for career growth within the safety training and compliance industry

On-the-job training and mentorship from experienced trainers and consultants

A chance to play a meaningful role in protecting lives and growing a vital part of our business

To Apply:

Please submit your resume and a short statement on why this role fits your skills and goals to Sheli at ssilvius@coloradosafetysupply.com. We’re looking for someone who is excited to contribute to the growth and impact of our training division.
